Hi Master Guan Leong,
You mention that
Qi Sha at hour pillar the
DM will not have good fate with children. But if Eating God presents, the children will have implicit talents and will gain fame and prestige. My questions:
1. Does the Eating God also have to be on the same hour pillar or could it be anywhere in the chart?
2. If DM has what you say, (unfavourable Qi Sha and Eating God), does it cancel the less than good fate with the children? I mean you could have less than good fate with the children but the children could still be a famous and prestigious person.
Thank you in advance for your explanation.

日支座杀, 官杀混杂, 夫妻易反目, 难得圆满相处.时柱有偏官, 和子女缘分较薄. 不过有食制杀, 子女多半会在文学界, 艺术界, 或军正界发挥所学而获得名望.
Day pillar sitting on Sha (the underlying assumption is that the Qi Sha is UNFAVOURABLE) and Officer Sha is complicated (It seems that this is applying to the female chart. When both 正官 <Proper Authority - representing husband> and 七杀 <Imposing Authority - representing boyfriends> appear in the chart simultaneously, the DM can easily be attracted to / by opposite gender), there will be quarrel between husband and wife, very difficult to leave happily ever after (By taking into abovementioned factors, the marriage is defintely not a blissful one).
If Hour Pillar has Pian Guan, not a very good fate with children (less Yuen) (Once again, this is true only when it is unfavourable). But if there is Eating God (Instead of Eating God, I preferred to use the term 'Implicit Talent' in my book), children will most likely in the literary, art (as the name of Implicit Talent implies, it is related to the talent) or army circles (This refer to the situation whereby both Qi Sha and Implicit Talent present in the chart. Implicit Talent represents Talent, where Qi Sha represent bravery. Hence, it is suitable to be a regular army). They will obtain fame and prestige.
