In Marriage assessment, destiny forecast is about assessing whether the male benefits the female, vice versa, as well as whether the male clashes the female and vice versa. San Ming Tong Hui says that "For a male, the brighter the better, while for females, it appears better to be weaker. Softer nature begets prosperity, while a stronger nature begets calamity." This is compatible with the arguments of Yin-Yang theory. If the female is strong and bright, while the male is dim and weak, we call this Yin-Yang inversion and directly violates the Laws of Yin-Yang and naturally leads to disaster. Under this basic argument, the assessment of the male and female chart is therefore not the same, just as in Zi Ping Bazi. Assess the female's Spouse domain as well as male's main star on the Female side, while for the male, it is necessary to perform a complete chart-wide assessment.

Zi Wei Dou Shu as one of the ancient art of numerology, has therefore its own art and way of assessing Marriage destiny. To assess where the marriage is headed, assess the basic Marriage domain of both persons as well as their associated Matrix for good and unfortunate stars for predictions.

The spousal domain describes what a person likes to see in the spouse, as well as the mental states of the couple etc.

IMHO, I feel that the Yin-Yang theory is quite a good way to "fit" people together, although society is now more balanced in the way of power-distribution tolerance between the two genders.

I noticed some patterns when looking at gf/bf as well as husband/wife charts. Mainly they are from the same matrix e.g. Sha Po Lang, Ji Yue Tong Liang, etc.

Also, I found very "fated" matches with 80% same structure and stars within the Basic Spouse matrix of the subject that fits the Basic Self matrix of the subject's partner.

It is interesting to note that charts do reflect prevailing theories in psychology. People with similar characters tend to gather. I wonder how does "opposites attract" work.

Regarding Yin-Yang theory, how do you apply it. A male yang spouse domain + yin female spouse domain?

IMHO, to know compatibility between two people using ZWDS. Firstly, know each Star of the 2 palaces: Life and Spouse from 2 couple. Secondly, if one of this star appear in spuse sector, it can be said compatible.
