Hi Jlim,
I left Danny’s social network because when a guest is made to feel unwelcome, then he has the choice to leave.
Karma is a Buddhist belief and like any religious belief it can misunderstand and misused. I like the following quote from the BuddhaNet:
“To the ordinary Buddhist, Karma serves as a deterrent, while to an intellectual, it serves as an incentive to do good. He or she becomes kind, tolerant, and considerate.”
So my point of view on this matter is that if the advice is given with Qing 情 (love and affection) and Cheng 誠 (sincerity that came from the heart), then I don’t think Karma should be a deterrent for a person to do good and give advice to the best of his or her ability in good faith.
Destiny Reading is a misunderstood term, because one cannot really read another's destiny. If you go to my blog (FSA Blog) and look under "Fate and Destiny I and II" you can read my views on this.
