Using San He technique:
First try to read personality and character.

Read together the: Destiny Domain(what you are), Body Domain(What people perceive you are), Thinking Domain(what you think) and Health Domain(your values).

Can somebody(Laphard) teach me Flying Star style reading for personality and character?

Yep. The majority of the material in English is san he. Flying Star stuff is mostly chinese - it comes in useful when we are ready to read deeply into the 4 hua stars.

how do we see for individual year luck and monthly luck?

"19.3 Monthly Chart
Go anticlockwise from Annual Destiny domain the birth month, followed by clockwise the
number of Shi Chen to birth hour.
19.4 Daily Chart
Clockwise the number of days from the Month Destiny."

But I haven't input details for the Decade and Annual.

For annual, note down the earthly branch of the year in question. Use the court with that year branch as the Destiny Domain, the other domains are rotated accordingly.

I think you should concentrate on reading the basic chart first. That has the greatest impact.

She has Wu Qu and Tian Xiang at Yin Palace. I heard that's a good combination. If the Body is in Destiny palace, does it mean what people perceive of her is more or less the same with what she is?

Wu Qu is strong, decisive and straightforward. She's a loner too, and should be in high position whatever she's doing? With Tian Xiang, can we say that she's also artistic?

She should be very very intelligent and enjoy strategic thinking?

I'm not really that good... but then here's something from 9000's book...

Life's domain hua ji to friend's domain: this type of person is 有义气.(spirit of loyalty and self-sacrifice / code of brotherhood)
飞忌入是吸收. 命忌飞入, 有关心和紧张的意味.
Ji ru (the domain Ji goes into) is suction. The domain which receive Ming Ji(the Ji from Life's domain) will have a caring but nervous feeling.

Yep. Since inside-outside mentality is about the same, the person's life won't endure a lot of changes as well.

Might be taking on decision making roles, but strategies may tend to be more conservative - sort of tried and tested solutions.

Lian Zhen and Tian Fu influencing Qi Sha and Po Jun. Interesting. The subject is interested in many projects, not able to keep mind on a single task. A task typically starts off with a lot of drive, but eventually motivation runs out and the subject might want to enjoy the fruits of the labour early...

The subject might be mentally very unsettled, always worrying about various issues - most notably about money.

What is this person's profession?

To read these, first note the person's character and see what sort of jobs suit that temperament. Then look closely into the career and wealth domain to see what main stars are there.

The stars will give you indications about whether the person is going to be a follower, a leader, a person with good showmanship etc.

Try doing a reading.

With Po Jun shining brightly in the travel domain, does this indicate that the person will be be finding breakthroughs overseas more often than in her local spheres? Or does this indicate a danger in traveling?

Traveling seems to be a key factor for her. Or maybe i am just interpreting the sanfangsizheng wrongly?
