It's a very theoretical discussion that you guys are having here. I'd like to tune in, since I have always been using only the Fixed DHHS/Innate Qi. I think the Changing DHHS/Innate Qi is more confusing for me, especially since there are several versions.

BZSM, may I suggest that we use real chart examples to elucidate the theories? I think examples will do the best job in helping us appreciate how the different theories work in chart reading. Let me know the month EB, and then I could perhaps help in finding the charts of famous people born on different dates in that month.

Let us first clarify the different theories, and then look into real charts.

An excellent question and a question, you will not get much answers from most practitioners/masters. People just copy what they read from a book (Chinese or English), or what they learn in a class.
We will come to this issue a little later. For the moment you have to be satisfied with being included for the Hidden Text.  

According to Hsia calendar there are only 354 days not 365 days.

How do we account for that?
"Ta" month 大月  with up to 30 days and " Siao " month 小 月 with up to 29 days only.
