0) Could you confirm that you were born in either Singapore or Malaysia, just want to make sure your birth hour is accurate.

1) Shen as unfavourable element coming to clash with Yin as favourable element is more inauspicious than favourable element coming to clash with unfavourable.

LP Wu Shen does not start until Jan 4, 2010 (start date is still within Ji Chou year).  You can have a preview of what the Shen LP could bring about by noticing what happens during this Ren Shen month. Different from cyperpacific, Water is generally unfavourable because your overall chart looks coldish already. So, Ren Water and Shen Monkey may have been quite challenging for you, particularly since Ji Chou is also coldish and wet.

2) May I add that in addition to Liu Po, if the Snake pendant really works, then Si-Yin-Shen San Xing or Three Punishment will be formed, that would be bad. I myself do not use accessories to counter things.

OK, so if you're born in Singapore, then the chart is correct.  What I meant about snake pendant is that it doesn't do any cure or harm, it is just an accessory IMHO.

Two things in order of importance:
1) human action
2) right FS

Identify what the clash means, and adjust accordingly your human action.
Also take care that the problem created by the clash is not mirrored in the FS of the house.
The FS ideally should be strong in areas where the clash is impairing the chart.

Example: Yin Shen clash

This is a clash between horses, which could lead to travel related accidents.

1) take all necessary precautions while traveling, seat belts etc.
Avoid unnecessary travel.
2) take care if the FS of the house also indicates travel related problems.
If the FS of the house has good indicators for travel, the problem will be reduced.

The clash between Yin and Shen also indicates that emotions may take over or become too much. Again this can be handled and controlled by the right human actions (yoga, qi gong) and a pos. environment acc. to FS.

The pendant cure mentioned by dunowheretogo is in IMHO nothing but an eyewash.
It goes against metaphysical rules in general, and Bazi rules in specific.

Can i ask beside this problem with travelling, will i met with something erm not clean in hotel room or something?

JLim, do you mean that Mao-Chen-Yin become Wood on 2011? I know from a friend of mine (which he don't elaborate to me why), there must be a certain condition for this frame to become a wood, so in other words, not all Mao-Chen-Yin change into Wood frame every time they meet (they combine but not change into a Wood Frame).

IMHO for a combination that leads to meeting Mr. Right, it's irrelevant whether the full Wood Frame ('full' because all three elements appear) transform into Wood or not.
