How Sihua treat empty domain ? Is it same with Sanhe (borrow the opposite main star) ?

Hi Xun, i not sure how to answer your question.

For ZWDS all the sects i read about, if u have an empty palace without main stars, you borrow all the stars from the oppsite palace.  Just note that to use the heavenly stem u use for 4 hua is from this palace not from the oppsite palace.

Thank you for your comment. I agree with your statement.
I have some doubt on empty palace with Si Hua. I ever ask Si Hua Master how to treat empty palace in Si Hua. He said you can borrow the opposite main stars but it is not fixed. Sometimes you don't.

What he mean by that ?

Let say, Self palace Hualu to Mental/Thinking palace. And Wealth palace is empty. From San He perspective, Wealth palace will occupied by opposite stars.
If we adopt "borrowing technique" than Self palace Hualu to Mental and Wealth palace. What does it mean ?
Self palace Hualu to Wealth palace means generating money (good luck). How about this case ? The original Hualu is to Mental palace. How about Wealth palace ? Any energy reduce because "borrowing technique" ?

I was worried that my reply may confuse you.

Borrowing stars for empty palace is 'san he' basic chart reading method. Even for the flying star method, 'san he' used to for reading LP, since every LP the hua star changes due to the annual self domain's HS.

So the movement is the same, just that the theory behind them is different or enhanced.

My answer is a question. How would you see this formation if you are using a San he method?

As in the different 'san he' sects out there, each 4 hua sects are unique in their ways. Some times their method are different. Or just that he dont want to confuse you.

I can't explain what he meant.

I thought we can use each Hua in 12 domains to do a first level reading. No stars required involved yet.

You can use 4 hua in every domain for all 3 level reading. Bringing in the stars u will have more details.

Just to add on.

I base my ZWDS on books writien by this taiwanese person call ' Qun Xue Zhai Zhu'.
His style combine use of both sanhe and 4 hua, which suits my believe in ZWDS. It is the first book i bought, and to date, i have 4 out of 5 of his books.

In one of the book he wrote，
不把星性弄懂，要 斗数是痴人说梦;  不把星带入，迷於四化是缘木鱼。
Without understand the stars' character, wanting to understand ziwei is impossible.
Without bringing in the stars, facinated with 4 hua is impossible.

Just for comparison.

The biggest weakness of San He ZWDS, IMHO, is : Tai Ji concept.
In other technique of ZWDS, Tai Shui Ru Gua, used Tai Ji to attach other people DOB to your destiny reading. That's way, people with the same DOB, have a different luck. People around us, give a different impact to our life, depend on it is suitable or not. In ZWDS you can analyze that thing.

Si Hua, emphasize is Tai Ji. How is one palace interact to other palace. Si Hua school still use the stars.

A doubtful of Si Hua is, it ignore Stem of current year. So what is the function of the current year Stem ?
Si Hua only use Stem from palace.  

Si Hua is logical, but there is a doubful of the technique to fly Si Hua. San He in other hand, use a different technique for annual chart.
But both have a same technique for flying decade Si Hua. Si Hua school still use the same technique like decade, but San He use stem of current year.

Which one is fake ?  

Till now, both school claim, their method is very accurate.

According to my Friend who took the SiHua Course, there is a big "secret" hidden between Flying the SiHua for Decade Luck analysis and Flying the SiHua for Annual Luck analysis.

The outcome for each will decode different matters & different timing by using different Taiji in arriving at the Answer.  When we decode something, we always want to know whether the outcome is good or bad and when it will happen. The beauty & strength of ZWDS  is the Timing accuracy where most of the time is so precise that makes it scary.

Hi X! Its good you post this questions. I tried to answer your post but it didn't get through and what I typed are all lost.... So here I go again!

We talk about tai ji.
From tao comes tai ji. Yin and Yang. From Yin Yang comes trigram and yi jing.

ZWDS enbraces tai ji.
San Fan Si Zhen is space. LP is time. I call it cosmos in your palm.

What is Dou Shu?
Dou is star. Star characteristic. astronomy.
Shu is calculation. numerology.

I bring across an idea I have.
Dou is star, is yang, is 'sanhe',
Shu is calculation, is yin is '4 hua'.
This is the yin yang, the whole of Ziwei.
But even with half you the equation, each school are accurate enough in the readings. To me Ziwei no sanhe or 4hua. Both are tools which you can use the Dou Shu more accurate.

Ziwei Dou Shu IS about how one palace interact with one another. Sanhe or 4hua, its the same! Haha....
Without the stars, we really can change the name of this system.  Really! ZWDS is a very unique system, most of the past systems (including Bazi), uses the '5 stars(as in the 5 elemental stars) in their reading. And it is the only system I know that don't uses the HS, EB of month, day and time.

Who is we ? 
Would you mind to give an example reading how you fly Si Hua from yearly Stem ? There is a good example on Ren88 case.
Perhaps we can exchange a different view on Si Hua.
