If i study the chart in domain palace Mao.

Daughter : Life domain with any major gods in Mao palace. In Life domain there is Tian Xing, generally it's an inauspicious minor god, but important in this particular case. She is working with mental handicapped persons. In a same Life domain there is Di Wang ; in vietnamese teaching these two energies (Tian Xing and Di Wang) there is also, Fei Lian, Tian Xu, Ling Xing and Sui Po. In Bazi she got a special chart.

I need to note what is interesting to know.

Tks for your time... Yes it's not so easy to understand.
Born at watch 12:05
=> GMT + 1 hour since 16 septembre 1945
=> (GMT + 1 hour above since 1946) + 1 hour in summer for the year 1981 from 29 March to 27 September, 3 hour.

= GMT + 2 hours

It's seems a lot of change but it's like that in my country. In 2009 again in summer periods we got at watche 2 hours advance from the sun. Gouvernement tauld it's for economy of energies... But a lot of brain gym for calculations, we need to take the habits, anyway, it's in many countries, the hour is gouvernemental and we need to find the true time.
Then we need to calculate the place of the birth for little correction time E or W, (in this case W), eot is interesting also in certain periods of the year to find the real time.

For your country, at least it's not so confusing because there's only 1 rule applicable for the whole of France.
But, I need to clarify with you one thing, why does the book say 3 hours?
I don't understand this, because in Summer, I think the correct time is GMT + 2 hours.  What does the 3 hour refer to?

I understand you, in middle of the night all frenchies change at 3 hour, could be 03:00 am, the hour in their watches, same for penduls at home, at work, in office, in cars, railways... ; in spring and automn by governemental decision, it's the same process in the whole country :
Example now we are in Winter january 2010 (GMT + 1 from the decision 1945) ; but in august 2009 it was GMT +2 (GMT +1 which we need to add the 1 hour for summer time => GMT +2).

Yes it was GMT +2 for the 15 august 1981 (born in summer).

I hope you will understand, it's not so fun...

It's there i took : Morbihan : -11mn
You will find a better result with calculation by hand...

PS : it's a little mistake, you will see Morbihan two times, i took the number (-11mn) at the end of secund page, better to convert manualy. "Petit manuel d'Astrologie, André Barbault, 1972 Edition Seuil."

I fell sorry because you cant have my pdf calculations very special governemental time in my country. You will read when you got the number of posts in the forum. I have seen you are very find in Zwds, please continue to help us. To look at the watche to get the chart, it's not enought for my country. I'am obliged to calculate further to find the (real) Local Time.

So far in my practice in ZWDS, I always use Local Time. This is for accurate reading. And beware of birth time in border of 2 different hour, exmp.: 09:05 PM or 10:55 AM, etc. U must use 2 chart of reading for accuracy.

Is there a good calculator in the forum, i'am not. The time at watche is rigth, the father had a look, we were insteresting about time of birth for western astrology.
Tks, i need to remember how to pass from hours and minutes to degrees... I have used a computer these last decade, i have forgot.

The intererest in my life was not about mathematics, but i need a few learning  sometimes if i want to avoid to be slave of computer... How to correct with simple operations the longitude and latitude and at least Eot, for this example, please.
