The book you have seems to be the same as the document I have.  Mine is in Simplified Chinese.

attached is the file.  It is 146 pages in length.  happy research to all who are interested.

I do hope those who know Liu Fa come out to share their knowledge. I personally do not know the essence of Liu Fa.  I had this document for almost one year and still couldnt find the time to research it!
